Balances daily deposits which includes cash, checks and credit cards, as well as corresponding receipts used daily in the issuing and replenishment of transponders and violation payments.Ĥ. Processes and verifies all account information for transponders and violation matters, as well as entering information directly into the I-PASS and violations Oracle-based computer system.ģ. Handles all customer service issues via telephone, e-mail, and/or in person, at the Customer Service Center or one of the Tollway's six Oasis Customer Service Centers.Ģ. The Customer Service Representative handles large volumes of mail including, but not limited to, toll dollar payments to accounts, new applications, violation issues, payments for debt collections, transponder addition, replacement and return requests, closed account requests, account changes, and customer complaints and/or questions.ġ. Customer Service Representative must be knowledgeable of the I-PASS and toll violations programs and be prepared to respond to customer concerns. The Customer Service Representative reviews vehicle information to determine the proper type transponder, the proper class transponder, as well as the proper license plate type to be added to the account. The Customer Service Representative processes all I-Pass applications within the RITE system (the I-PASS and violations Oracle-based computer system), ensuring the necessary information is entered accurately. The Customer Service Representative must be accurate and professional at all times when dealing with Tollway customers, the public and Tollway personnel. The realm of questions include, but are not limited to, credit card procedures, Tollway policies, violation enforcement issues, and I-PASS procedures. The Customer Service Representative handles from thirty (30) to fifty (50) customer inquiries daily. Responsible for handling extremely confidential information (i.e., customer's credit card numbers, tax ID numbers, driver's license numbers, customer account information, etc.). Participates in administrative hearings, processes I-Pass and violation payments and refunds, performs reconciliation activities, replaces non-functioning transponders, closes I-PASS accounts, investigates credit card issues, and performs account updates. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for preparing, updating, reviewing, monitoring, and/or verifying I-Pass and violator account history, hearing evidence packages, scofflaw suspension activities, and other customer service activities. The Customer Service Representative serves as the main contact for all customers who call, e-mail, or visit the Central Administration Customer Service Center or one of the Tollway's six Oasis Customer Service Centers, two of which are mobile. The main responsibility of the Customer Service Representative is to efficiently handle daily customer service related matters, promote the ease and convenience of obtaining and using I-PASS, as well as effectively managing and responding to toll violation issues and concerns. The Customer Service Representative reports to the Customer Service Manager and has no subordinates.
